These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SLENDRO AI, including its website, software, tools, AI features, subscriptions, credits, generated outputs, and all related services. By registering, purchasing, accessing, or using SLENDRO AI, each user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
Access to SLENDRO AI is permitted only to users who accept these Terms of Service in full. If any user does not agree with any part of these Terms, the platform and all related services must not be accessed or used.
SLENDRO AI may provide access to AI-powered tools, automation features, content generation services, account-based systems, and other digital resources. Access may be changed, restricted, expanded, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of SLENDRO AI.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, for all activities performed under the account, and for ensuring that use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property requirements, and platform rules.
All payments made to SLENDRO AI are final and non-refundable. This includes subscriptions, one-time purchases, credit top-ups, upgrades, special access, custom features, and any other paid service. No refund, partial refund, reversal, or compensation shall be owed for dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, non-usage, technical limitations, account restrictions, feature removal, downtime, or service termination.
SLENDRO AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may experience maintenance, interruptions, slowdowns, feature modifications, temporary unavailability, or permanent shutdown at any time, with or without notice.
Users agree that no protest, complaint, dispute, refund claim, legal demand, or compensation request may be based solely on downtime, service interruption, feature changes, access loss, output changes, or the platform being taken offline. Prior registration constitutes acceptance of this condition.
AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, originality, usefulness, and availability. SLENDRO AI does not guarantee that any output will be error-free, unique, legally safe, commercially suitable, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and using any generated output.
SLENDRO AI may suspend, limit, block, or terminate any account or service access at any time, with or without notice, if misuse, abuse, risk, non-compliance, payment issues, technical concerns, or business reasons are identified.
The platform may depend on third-party APIs, hosting services, payment providers, infrastructure partners, or software systems. SLENDRO AI is not responsible for failures, price changes, policy changes, delays, restrictions, or interruptions caused by external providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLENDRO AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, business, financial, reputational, or data-related loss arising from use of, inability to use, or interruption of the platform or services.
SLENDRO AI may revise, update, replace, or remove any part of these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version shall apply upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By registering previously and continuing to access SLENDRO AI, the user confirms full acceptance of all applicable rules, conditions, restrictions, payment terms, platform decisions, and service limitations. If a user does not agree, the proper action is to discontinue use of the service immediately.
